Warranty Policy

All of our Reformer machines are backed by a 3 year limited warranty, covering defects in Aluminium Frame. This warranty begins on the date of purchase and is available to the original purchaser only.

What's covered:

• Frames and welds: Covered for 3 years

Exclusions:

​This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper assembly or maintenance 

• Misuse or incorrect handling

• Food or drink stains 

• Relocation or unauthorised repairs

• Use of incompatible third-party products or parts

 

All warranty claims must be submitted via email by the original purchaser with clear images of the damage, along with date and proof of purchase to support@thepilateswarehaus.com

If your Reformer arrives faulty or has missing parts, please contact us immediately. Do not use or continue unpacking the product as any damage caused through handling will void the warranty.

This warranty does not cover personal injury or loss resulting from improper handling, assembly, use, maintenance, neglect, misuse or accidents.

Please note that warranty will be void if the equipment has been exposed to accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper handling or unauthorised servicing. The Reformer must always be used as intended and for its designed purpose only,,

For safe and correct use, the foot bar must be positioned behind the jump board when the jump board is in its place. This provides essential support, minimises movement and prevents unnecessary wear on screws and bolts. Failure to follow this requirement may result in damage that is not covered under warranty.
