Return Policy

Please choose carefully when purchasing our Reformers. At The Pilates Warehaus, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns will only be considered for Reformer Frames that are damaged or faulty.
A Reformer can only be returned after the original purchaser has contacted us via email and the request has been assessed and approved. You can reach us via the Contact Us page. The Pilates Warehaus reserves the right to assess damaged or faulty goods using photographs, information provided by the original purchaser via email or an onsite inspection where required.
Risk in the reformer and any complimentary items provided (including but not limited to jump boards, sitting boxes, straps or accessories) passes to the purchaser upon delivery or collection. Once the reformer and any complimentary items has been delivered or collected, we accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, defects, or deterioration arising thereafter, including but not limited to damage caused by handling, transport, relocation, storage, misuse, or failure to follow care and usage instructions.
The purchaser is responsible for inspecting the reformer and all complimentary items at the time of delivery or collection. Any visible damage or issues must be reported immediately. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the reformer and any complementary items in its delivered condition.
Damage identified after delivery or collection does not constitute grounds for a return, refund, replacement, or repair
