Please choose carefully when purchasing our Reformers. At The Pilates Warehaus, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns will only be considered for items that are damaged or faulty.

A Reformer an only be returned after the original purchaser has contacted us via email and the request has been assessed and approved. You can reach us via the Contact Us page. The Pilates Warehaus reserves the right to assess damaged or faulty goods using photographs, information provided by the original purchaser via email or an onsite inspection where required.
